दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए प्रेरित करने व उन्हें संबल प्रदान करनें एवं उनके अधिकारों के संरक्षण हेतु 5 दिव्यांग विद्यार्थियों के समूह को किराये के भवन में दिव्यांग आवास सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराये जाने का प्रावधान है| इस योजना से राज्य के दिव्यांग विद्यार्थियों का समूह देश के अन्य राज्यों में भी अध्ययन करनें हेतु छात्रगृह योजना का लाभ ले सकेंगे| अर्थात छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के द्वारा दिव्यांजलि विद्यार्थियों को उचित शिक्षा प्रदान करने हेतु पांच दिव्यांग विद्यार्थियों को आएगा कराती है जिस में रहकर दिव्या बच्चे शिक्षा प्राप्त करते हैं राज्य के अलावा अन्य राज्यों में भी यह सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है इससे दिव्यांगजन बच्चों को शिक्षा प्राप्त करने में सहायता मिलती है।

हितग्राहियों की पात्रता

  • 1.40% या उससे अधिक के दिव्यांगजन|
  • 2.आवेदक छत्तीसगढ़ का निवासी हो|
  • 3.उच्चतर माध्यमिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण| अथवा
  • 4.महाविद्यालय/ पोलिटेक्निक/ आई.टी.आई. में नियमित छात्र के रूप में प्रवेशित| (शैक्षणिक सत्र में अनुत्तीर्ण छात्र को पात्रता नहीं होगी|)
  • 5.शिक्षण संस्थान से आवेदक के मूल निवास की दूरी 20 किलोमीटर से अधिक होनी चाहिए|
    उक्त शर्तों को पूरा करने वाले दिव्यांगजन इस योजना का लाभ ले सकते हैं।

मिलने वाले लाभ 

  • 1.05 बच्चों के समूह को रेन्ट कंट्रोल अथॉरिटी द्वारा निर्धारित दर पर किराये की सीमा में रहने की निःशुल्क सुविधा दी जाती है|
  • 2.भवन की अधिकतम मासिक किराया राशि विद्द्युत एवं अन्य व्यय सहित निम्नानुसार श्रेणी के शेरोन के लिए निर्धारित किया जाता है –
    1.A श्रेणी के शहर हेतु 10,000/-(दस हजार) तक देय होगी|
    2.B श्रेणी के शहर हेतु 7,000/- (सात हजार) तक देय होगी|
    3.C श्रेणी के शहर हेतु 5,000/- (पांच हजार) तक देय होगी|

छात्रवृत्ति योजना के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज

  • 1.जिला मेडिकल बोर्ड द्वारा दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र 40% या इससे अधिक।
  • 2. सादे कागज पर सभी 05 छात्रों का अलग-अलग आवेदन पत्र।
  • 3. नियमित छात्र होने का प्रमाण हेतु सभी वर्ष की अंकसूची।
  • 4. महाविद्यालय से मूल निवास की दूरी 20 किलोमीटर या उससे अधिक है सम्बन्धी दूरी प्रमाण पत्र ग्राम पंचायत/ नगर निगम/ नगर पालिका/ नगर पालिका/ नगर पंचायत के सम्बंधित सरपंच अथवा पंच/ पार्षद द्वारा प्रमाणित।

आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 

  • 1.महाविद्यालय/ पोलिटेक्निक/ आई.टी.आई. के नियमित छात्र 5 का समूह बनाकर पूर्ण बायोडाटा के साथ सादे काग़ज पर संयुक्त / उप संचालक समाज कल्याण जिला कार्यालय को आवेदन करेंगे|
  • 2.आवेदन के साथ महाविद्यालय में नियमित छात्र के रूप में अध्ययन किये जाने सम्बन्धी प्रमाण पत्र सभी पांचों छात्रों का पृथक-पृथक|
  • 3.छात्रों को निवास प्रमाण पत्र एवं जिला मेडिकल बोर्ड द्वारा दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा|
  • 4.महाविद्यालय से मूल निवास की दूरी 20 किलोमीटर या उससे अधिक है सम्बन्धी प्रमाण पत्र ग्राम पंचायत/ नगर निगम/ नगर पालिका/ नगर पालिका/ नगर पंचायत के सम्बंधित सरपंच अथवा पंच/ पार्षद द्वारा प्रमाणित प्रस्तुत करना होगा|
