स्वत: सम्मिलित सूचकांक:- इसके अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित स्थिति का परिवार पता सम्मिलित परिवार की सूची में अनिवार्य तत्व सम्मिलित हो जाएगा।

  • 1. बेघर परिवार।
  • 2. निराश्रित भिक्षुक परिवार।
  • 3. मैला ढोने वाले परिवार।
  • 4. आदिम जनजाति समूह।
  • 5. कानूनी रूप से विमुक्त किए गए बंधुआ मजदूर

वंचक सूचकांक:- इसके अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित स्थिति का परिवार सातवन सूचकांक में सम्मिलित परिवार की सूची में आएंगे.

  • 1. D1 :- कच्ची दीवारों और कच्ची छत के साथ केवल एक कमरे में रहने वाले परिवार।
  • 2. D2 :- परिवार में 16 से 59 वर्ष के बीच की आयु का कोई व्यस्त सदस्य नहीं है वो परिवार।
  • 3. D3 :- महिला मुखिया वाले परिवार जिसमें 16 से 59 वर्ष के बीच की आयु का कोई व्यस्क पुरुष सदस्य नहीं है।
  • 4. D4 :- दिव्यांग सदस्य वाले और किसी सक्षम शरीर वाले व्यस्क सदस्य से रहित परिवार।

नगरी क्षेत्र की स्थिति में आवेदक का नाम सामाजिक आर्थिक एवं जाति जनगणना 2011 की सर्वेक्षण सूची में उल्लेखित निम्न परिवार के साथ होनी चाहिए

  • 1. घास का छत/छप्पर में रहने वाले परिवार अथवा.
  • 2. प्लास्टिक /पॉलीथिन के छप्पर में रहने वाली परिवार। अथवा
  • 3. पत्थर के छत में रहने वाले परिवार अथवा।
  • 4. स्लेट की छत में रहने वाली परिवार अथवा
  • 5. बेघर तथा बिना कमरे वाले घर में निवासरत परिवार। आदि की सूची में शामिल हो।

2011 की सूची में उपरोक्त परिवार में शामिल होना आवश्यक है।
